Immediate Care & Injury Centers are designed to handle non life-threatening injuries or illnesses conveniently
and efficiently with the delivery of the highest quality personable medical care.

An Immediate Care & Injury Center differs from a typical primary care physician’s office in that it has procedure
rooms for treating lacerations and bone fractures, radiology requirement for x-ray services and other diagnostic
imaging equipment, a laboratory for lab tests and services.

Our immediate care facility is open seven days-a-week with
convenient daytime and evening hours. Salisbury Immediate Care &
Injury Center is staffed with a highly qualified team of licensed
Physicians, Physician Assistants (PA-C) and Nurse Practitioners
(NP) and complemented by an outstanding staff of warm caring
responsive receptionists, medical assistants, radiology technicians,
registered nurses and support staff.  We are dedicated to providing
you excellent medical care in a rapid, caring, and courteous manner.
