To expedite your registration process, please pre-register using our Express Web Check In by clicking on the link
above or below. Once you arrive to Salisbury Immediate Care & Injury Center, please have your insurance card and
driver's license ready for scanning into our system. This will verify your insurance information. A short, visit-related
questionnaire may have to be completed per visit. You will then receive a pager and shortly after a medical assistant
will escort you to an exam room.

- Current insurance card
- Your co-payment or deductible amount, if applicable, is due at the time of service
